In the years we have been open we have made many friends (the Tozai Family) won a few awards and enjoy continuing to serve our community. We have made many positive choices that directly affect the environment and our global footprint.

At Sushi Tozai, we value our employees and guests. We believe that a safe, supportive, positive, and ecologically conscience business model is essential for not only a thriving business but a thriving team of happy and healthy employees. We pride ourselves in supplying quality food and beverages to our community with friendly and honest service, as well as reasonable prices. We are proud to team up with local nonprofit organizations, schools, and community projects by providing support through donations, fundraisers, and event promotion. Organizations such as Food for Thought, Sebastopol World Friends, Apple Blossom School, Analy High School, and Emanji Japanese Temple as some of the organizations we love to support.

We feel it is our responsibility as a small business to promote and implement processes that are ecofriendly and environmentally conscience. We are proud of our compost and recycling program as well as efforts to save water and reduce the use of single use plastics. We have made a conscience choice to shift from plastic bags and Togo boxes to paper, and we continue to search for ways to further improve our efforts of creating a better future for our world.
